Okuno can for sure.
He hasn't been on in ages, so I emailed him. And if he doesn't show up in a day or so then NO SOUP FOR HIM! :D

Kyair-meh
The ky sound would be like the initial sound in the name of the letter Q.
The first e is not pronounced too much like the ai in air, it would then be between kyeh and kyai, but it is a difficult sound for me to make with an R attached so I have settled for Kyair-meh. If you are like me and saying Kyer-Meh is impossible without turning the first e into a schwa, just settle with Kyair-Meh. If you can avoid the schwa, go with Kyer-meh.
The umlaut over the final e is unnecessary except when you are throwing a Quenya word in an English sentence, it is just a reminder than the final e is not silent like it would be in English.
Kyerme is the word for prayer or a votive. One of my favourite quenya words is Erukyerme, a prayer to Eru/God.

I will point out that Kyerme is probably not real Quenya. It is derived from the word Erukyerme that Christopher Tolkein uses as a Numenorean word, if it is derived from real Quenya the work would have to be hyerme or tyerme, as ky does not exist in Quenya.
