Diabetic treats

I'll be teaching my last Sunday School class tomorrow, and I'm thinking I want to bring some treats in. One of the kids is diabetic, though, and I'm not sure what I should bring.

Any ideas?

I am not a diabetic, but I like beef jerky ;) I'm pretty sure diabetics are cool with that.

Also, grocers usually have small trays of diabetic tea cookies. They're actually quite tasty. I used to snarf as many of my grandma's as I could. :)
